Edible oils solidification phenomenon does not start at a certain temperature, but a range. It began to appear a little floc from a certain temperature, but not necessarily all of solidification.
For example, the solidification of pure peanut oil is a gradual process, when the temperature dropped to about 10-12 degrees Celsius, the lecythus bottom started to gather white floc, as the temperature decreased, appeared semi-solidified state, the temperature dropped eventually completely solidification below the freezing point.
Due to the different raw materials, different varieties, and manufacturers of process is different, there will be some different freezing point.
Even with the same manufacturers of edible oil, also because of different production batches of the order, product storage location produce different objective factors such as the freezing state.
